Same Sex Glamping Wedding
Glamping Wedding Venues
Becca and Lou started planning their same sex glamping wedding last year, and had a May date set at Longberry Farm in Kent. There were some moments through the various lockdowns where it looked like the date might move, but in the end the timings worked out and they could stick to their original date. Becca’s original enquiry mentioned that they weren’t keen on lots of posed photos, and wanted a relaxed, natural feel to the day with plenty of quality pictures to remember the day. One of the key moments they were looking forward to having captured was the First Look – that moment they first see each other. You can see that moment above, as the title page of the highlights video. It was a great moment to capture!
Every Wedding Day Should Include Rounders!
As well as glamping for the guests, Becca and Lou had also planed lots of outdoor wedding games to keep everyone amused throughout the day. The ceremony itself, was conducted by the excellent Ryan from B Celebrant and took place under the cover of an open-sided barn. Being mid-May in the UK, you never quite know what the weather will throw at you, and true enough. the bright sunny spells were broken every now and then by a sudden down pour. That didn’t stop the fun and games though, with football, cricket and several games of rounders taking place before the BBQ wedding breakfast. Check out the great scenes of two brides playing rounders in their wedding dresses!
