A Beautiful Cain Manor Summer Wedding
What an utterly fabulous day for Luyuan and Andy’s Cain Manor Summer wedding. The weather and light couldn’t have been better. Sunny with occasional clouds giving me a lot of scope to use the light differently.
Outdoor Ceremony at Cain Manor
Being a wedding photographer at Cain Manor is a real blessing in the summer. Especially for an outdoor ceremony where the fabulous garden makes a perfect setting. I was mostly shooting straight into sunlight during the wedding ceremony. This can be tricky, but as I had pretty free movement around the garden I was able to make the most of it. The ceremony took in parts of both faiths and cultural backgrounds, conducted by ceremony celebrant Jenny Knight.
Wedding Games in the Garden
After the wedding ceremony, the guests enjoyed some games in the houses gardens. Luyuan’s family are from China, and this was the couple’s third ceremony. So a dash of English Country Wedding went down very well.
We were then able to make use of the lovely gardens at Cain Manor for 10 minutes of portraits before the start of the wedding breakfast and the speeches.
