An Intimate Wedding At Burgh House
Ying and You contacted me early in the year to see if I was available for their intimate wedding at Burgh House in Hampstead, London. It’s a superb, historic venue, perfect for a smaller gathering. The wood panelled ceremony room provides the perfect backdrop to an elegant wedding ceremony. The 18th Century Queen Anne house is now home to the Hampstead Museum, complete with an art gallery, perfect for some post ceremony cocktails.
My documentary photography started in Hampstead where I met Ying and Yu for their preparations. Their parents were staying in the house as well, and there were some lovely Chinese traditions to photograph in the lead up to them leaving. When the time came, a stretch limo rolled up to take us all to Burgh House where more friends had already arrived.
